Enterprise City is a cesspool of organized crime, and those trying to put an end to it. With the highest crime rate in the US, it's bound to be full of corrupt political figures, and dark shadows lurking in every corner. Their solution? Implementing factory produced superheroes to boast morale. If anything... They do quite the opposite. 
Enterprise is a collection of random, nonlinear writings detailing the lives of some of its civilians.
