Anyone following this work, or just finding it, I am letting this bake. I keep running up against walls as I write, finding that I still do not have a firm grasp on my characters' motivations. I am still writing it in the background, but not posting for now. I will continue posting when I feel the work is done.

Cyraan is a Sorceress who abandoned her home after a terrible disaster. After agreeing to help a people under siege, she seeks to rebuild her life in a foreign land. Newly unearthed artifacts have emerged that could turn the tides of battle---and history. With tensions high, can she end a desperate war?
