Aquila was just born in the Ruk, where foals are kept, and will soon to be trained for brutal fighting and battalion ways. Aquila's dam told her stories of all the Pegasi warriors and what journeys they went through, and hearing these stories, Aquila is disgusted. She wants nothing to do with the Sandwen people or with their armour that is to be placed upon her.

He wanted to see the world. He wanted the sun to finally touch his scales. He wanted to spread his wings freely. His very, very large wings. When his IceWing guardian was about to die of SandWing venom, Soaren was determined to save him by travelling to the Rainforest, where he heard he could retrieve the cure for the venom. It would have been easier than going to the Sand Kingdom. But as Soaren flies through his journey, he meets a peculiar dragon as he passes the Sea Kingdom and some interesting dragons while he stays in the Rainforest. Soaren had hid his true identity as the 'lost' SkyWing, but he needs to eventually open up. With the NightWings in the Rainforest, more mind readers will be born and they'll find out who he is. Of the three newly added Winglets, she's enrolled in Opal, and is relieved to know she isn't the only peculiar one in it. But before they know it, Artemis and her friends are faced with a prophecy, and a dark secret. New continents, new tribes, new enemies. They face the biggest threat to Pyhrria since the end of the war. Gold, silver, sun and moon, the scales have tipped. This is the story of Artemis.
