Kurusu is the host for seven liminal girls, or 'Monster girls', acting as 'ambassadors' in a government program called "The Cultural Exchange Between Species Bill.". Giving the girls food, housing, and teaching them about human culture while staying alive against the girls endless advances have been a daily norm for him for some time. Now one more guest comes into their lives, a young human man, but he is a genuine monster, fighting in underworld gladiator matches. His goal? "I will take the throne as the strongest fighter in the world!"

You are a college student who used to live in America, but moved to Japan to attend your dream school. Your parents were very supportive and gave you enough money to find a place and attend the school. However it was up to you to come up with money while you lived there. You remember about something in America called the government exchange program. It was quite new in America as it had adopted the idea from Japan. Your friend said that you would just have to take care of a monster person for a while and you get paid for it. So you sign up for it as you move. Little did you know was that you would get more than one guest, and they all have quite bad experiences with humans.
