The fourth Super Smash Bros tournament faces the aftermath of patch 1.1.1.  Luigi must adapt to his nerf as his detractors reap the benefits of Project Nerf.  Mario wants answers, and Master Hand is reluctant to give them.  Meanwhile, the taste of victory turns to bitter ash as those behind Project Nerf contemplate the morality of their actions and find their opinions on Luigi changing.  All involved are soon put on a collision course destined to change the face of Smash for good.
