Surge: Denki Kaminari's little sister

Meet Dieka Kaminari, Denki's younger sister. Like her big brother, she has an electrification quirk called Surge. With this quirk, she can cause small power surges around her. She passes the quirk off as a small and weak quirk when it is stronger than Denki's.

Quirk: Surge
Her body is completely made of electricity and she can travel on electric currents. She can draw in the electricity around her and cause electrical surges that range in attack depending on how much she absorbed.

Dieka idolizes her big brother and doesn't want to take the spotlight off him so she kept her quirk to a down low. Follow the younger Kaminari as she goes through UA high in Class C or will it change when the power of her quirk is revealed.
