When anxiety overpowers you, you must find an escape. Mine is through writing poems. They're by no means perfect but, they are true reflections of how I'm Feeling.
These poems act a sort of therapy, they're not always clear and they're not always the best, but they're honest and all by me.
Some of these are from when I was in high school, others are from more recent events.
