Haley Underwood is just a typical girl. Fresh from high school, going to college, doing her best to hold down a part time job and do her homework well, sometimes at the same time. One thing stands in her way though. Her name is Alice Walker, and she's Haley's high school nemesis. 
In order to do anything on the college grounds without Alice around, Haley has to be stealthy. That ends with her getting caught and hurt.
Whilst at the gym one day, to learn to defend herself from people like Alice, she runs into a trainer. A local hottie and best man to train someone like Haley. But a romance begins to bud amongst them both overtime.
