The Core Four

When four homeless kids find each other at the age of four; after spending time with each other for a few months, each one is put into foster care and then adopted. What happens when the four of them find each other again? Will they remember the promises and secrets once shared between the naive little versions of themselves or will they forget about the adventures that were cherished between each one of them?
