Barry Allen wasn't adopted by Joe West. There was an issue. "Conflict of interest" they called it. Barry Allen seemed to disappear into the darkness of Gotham. In his place, Barry Wayne, the mysterious third son of billionaire Bruce Wayne. When he returns to his hometown and lightning strikes, things change.
