Basically, Adrien and Marinette had a past and Because of something that happened while he was like 15, Adrien Became a player and Marinette HATES him because of something that happened in their past.

But just a side note, if ya don't know what a player or a playboy is, they basically hook up with girls like, EVERYDAY. They sleep with them for a night and mind control them into thinking that they actually love you then they just dump your ass the next day and hook up with another chick.
