Police not registering rape case against Chinmayananda

Despite allegations and complaints of a law college student in Shahjahanpur, Uttar Pradesh Police has not registered a case of sexual exploitation against former Minister of State Chinmayananda. While this case has now been handed over to the SIT, but despite repeated demands from the girl and her father, many questions are arising due to the non-registration of FIR in the case.
