A sᴀᴋᴜʀᴀ ʜᴀʀᴜɴᴏ ғᴀɴ ғɪᴄᴛɪᴏɴ ʙʏ ᴠᴀɴɪʟʟᴀ||ʙᴏɴɴɪᴇ

"You shouldn't have done that little girl."

Sakura wasn't listening. Her right eye... No... Her right eye socket burned. Tears of pain escaped her single eye left. It hurt. It hurt so bad.

One moment she was at an open field filled with ninja in similar Anbu gear and covering her bleeding eye socket. The next, she was in the arms of the man she called sensei, flying through trees in incredible speed.

His face was horror stricken. He kept on opening and closing his mouth, not knowing what to say. He dodged kunai left and right while shielding the tiny body in his arms the best he could.

"Why?" He finally asked in a broken whisper. Pain in his voice, his face but mostly his eyes.

A bitter, painful smile spread on Sakura's young face. Her eight-year-old body trembling in pain.

"He was going to kill you after taking your eyes. I couldn't let him do that. You're one of my special people. I promised myself I would protect you no matter what."

His heart twisted in pain after hearing her reasoning, not knowing whether to be proud or angry at her for not abandoning her ninja way.

"Sakura-chan... " He said with that same broken whisper and said girl, unable to keep her eyes open any longer, allowed the claws of darkness drag her into unconsciousness the same time her and her sensei's bodies were engulfed in a bright green Susanoo.

"I thought you knew from the start." "What?" He asks with certain coldness lingering in his tone. "That I'd never leave you." I let out a soft chuckle at my own words before continuing,"I mean, how could I? When my heart is so attached to you." My words are met with silence making my lips turn into a thin line. "Why?" The absurdity of the question makes me look at the person sitting beside me. Only for our eyes to meet. His onyx coloured eyes stared back at me. His expression was as stoic as ever. I let my head shake slightly at his dumbness. "You understood me in a way no one else ever did." "What if I can't offer you that understanding anymore?" He asks with an arched brow. His question made me turn my gaze back to my hands that laid in my lap. I fiddled with my fingers for some moments. "It doesn't matter." I continue, "you understood me back then, that's enough for me." ----- A rouge ninja, a S rank criminal, a man who killed his clan. A man despised by all the villagers. A man whom she just couldn't hate. Kazumi Himura who couldn't just give up on her friend. Who just couldn't believe in what everyone else said. Would she be able to convince him of all the goodness he deserves? Read Intertwined Fates to find out! None of the characters belong to me expect the OC!

"Naruto!" Sasuke gasped. "Have you seen Sakura?" "That's..." Kakashi cut Naruto off with his hand, waving him down. "That's actually why we came here... actually." Kakashi said. "Until further notice; your mission that you were to go on is not happening." Sasuke just looked at Kakashi, he wasn't known for stopping a mission unless something terrible was happening. "What happened to my Fiance..." Sasuke murmured. He wanted to inch his hand to his sword. He wanted something physical to attack. His anger was smothered in fear. "What would you think Karin would want with Sakura...?" Kakashi murmured. Kairn? What did she have to do with any of this. "I... I honestly wouldn't know... I don't keep up with them anymore. Why?" "Because Sakura was reported to be knocked out in a red headed girls arms just this morning, they tried to catch up to her, but failed." Kakashi murmured, Naruto grabbed Sasuke's arms and pinned them to his sides. Everyone knew Sasuke was about to act irrationally. Sasuke was wordless, he didn't know what to do. His mind raced. They couldn't catch up to Karin? They couldn't save her? He knew there was something they weren't telling him. "What the fuck.... you told me she was safe in this damn village!" Sasuke yelled. He pulled against Naruto, trying to free himself. "You told me to trust you damn it!" "Naruto..." Kakashi murmured. "I'm sorry Sasuke..." He mumbled from behind him. The last thing Sasuke remembered was Naruto hitting the back of his neck. So I guess this is how Sakura felt... ------- Uchiha Burden is a spin off from Chidori Heart. Sakura cant stand all of the relationships that are happening while Sasuke is gone, but when Sasuke comes home, it triggers more events then any of them ever expected. You wouldnt think an Uchiha would be such a burden

What is a Shinobi? Misaki often finds herself questioning that. From a small village, she had no choice but to become a ninja. Her leader needed her skills... but she wanted nothing more than to lead a normal life. Ninja from her small village die on missions and when she requests a leave, she's sent out of the village instead. How will she do when she is assigned a mission to Konoha? Will a certain ANBU change her mind about the Shinobi world, in spite of his own hatred for this life as well? What will happen when a strange figure saves Misaki's life then offers her a deal down a dark, unknown path? 《★☆★☆★》 ≪This story explores the world of Naruto, starting just before his birth. Drawing parallels from Kakashi's life to Misaki's, it narrows in on friendship, confusion, betrayal, hatred, and what it truly means to be a Shinobi.≫ 『Excerpt from the story:』 "...what does it mean to be a Shinobi in this village? Just to die... be killed without reason. It's all so pointless." His eyes shimmer with pain. I know the look as I have seen it on myself in the mirror. His voice has lost its lazy monotone and is spiked with emotion I never thought the ANBU was capable of. "Ninja don't die for no reason... they live to die for the ones they care about... to protect their village and-" the last word is barely audible, "-comrades." He leaves without another word, sliding his ANBU mask on and disappearing into the night air. Had I said something wrong? 《★☆★☆★》

But you, being in a world you supposedly already knew the outcome of, you notice things aren't coming out as you'd expected, and find yourself worrying about the future of Konoha, and all of the human race of this world. Something (or rather, someone) comes up to you and once again, you don't know what to do about it. Would it really be alright to go through with it, knowing that you could be taking part in the destruction of what lies ahead, consequentially ending what you learned to love most in this world, and beyond? ********* This story is a Kakashi x Reader fanfic. I own none of the characters, not even you (the Reader) ;). I hope you enjoy this story. She had wasted years chasing a dream that was never meant to be. Sasuke Uchiha is dead-killed by Naruto in their final battle. Sakura Haruno should hate him for it. She should blame him, curse him, and despise him for breaking his promise. But she can't. Because deep down, in the hollowed-out remains of her heart, she knows the truth: Naruto was never the one who failed her. She was the one who failed him. Once, he had been hers to claim-the one boy who saw her, recognized her, and cherished her without hesitation. But she had turned away, blind to what she had until it was gone. And now, as she watches him in absolute love with another-with the fire, devotion, and tenderness she once craved-Sakura is left to drown in the weight of her mistakes. For once, she reaches out to the only friend she has left. But as the hours pass and the truth becomes unbearable, one question lingers in the cold Konoha air: What does a person do when there's nothing left to hold onto? Tonight, under the quiet glow of Konoha's bright lanterns amongst the cold winds, one last mistake waits to be made. Canon Divergences: Sakura never trained under Tsunade, never reached her full potential, and remained a low-tier kunoichi under Kurenai's genjutsu tutelage. Her obsession with Sasuke only worsened over the years. Naruto, no longer the boy who once begged for her affection, is soon to be Hokage and devoted to Hinata, the soon to be Hyuga clan head, the woman he truly loves. As the past and present collide, Sakura is forced to face the life she could have had-and the one she threw away.
