He walked down the dark hallway his figure just a black blur getting smaller and smaller as he reaches the stairs. The girls eyes were closing the light fading behind them bleeding out on the floor. She called him a monster and it flipped a switch inside him he was responsible for her death. It was true he was a monster and with each passing day he became less and less human. Before she gave her last breath her final whisper traveled down the hall to his ears. "I never loved you." He responded to her with a blank stare and said, "But you will." Turning back towards the basement stairs and leaving her behind.

"Breath." He orders. I start to breathe again and just blink at him. "Now go." He orders me again. I flinch involuntarily at his tone and jump back slightly. "Please don't let me walk home alone." I beg in a quiet voice, looking down at my feet. The next thing I see are his black combat boots right in front of my shoes. I look up into his eyes and he looks down into mine confusion written all over his face. "How come you aren't running yet?" He questions searching my eyes. They used my vulnerability against me. They used that weapon, to make me accept their stupid idea. And I of course, accepted it, I didn't even know what they were going to do.
