Personifications are well known for the love they give their land and health they give also. It's also said they give their land magical abilities and this is why some people grew to desire: their love, happiness, and magic. Than the apocalypse happened and the humans soon grew desperate to fix it than… they thought they figured out a way.
One day they got a hold of a personification and started draining him of his happiness, love, and magic. The boy grew grayish and started feeling empty inside.
Though the humans got what they desired, they also implemented the ability to mind control the boy which made him a puppet to their games. They earned the personification and their abilities… but little did they know their counterpart could feel what happened to the other.
She was always gray, it was a surprise her country was still alive bur her home didn't need love or happiness inorder to live. So when they dismissed her she never came back.
10 years later the humans seized after the personifications and claimed one again that they began their run and hid away from the humans. Another 5 years passed and they all had been calm and peaceful, even partying, this… lead to a certain human finding them.
Axel Maddox, Hunter and Criminal to the world they live in. He found the personifications and he went and attacked them. How didn't they win against one hunter? He had this charm that nulled personification abilities within a 5 mile radius. He managed to get 15 personifications, the rest ran. Axel chuckled and brouth them back to the kingdom of AllLand.
A small team of personifications refused to let this be the last time they were going to see their friends/family… they wanted to go after them. They had too! So, they ventured forth the dangerous journey to the kingdom of AllLand with the help of an unexpected friend. Will they save their friends and family? What secrets will be unfolded in this? Who can you trust and who can you throw aside? Well… find out.~

So he just let it happen even though it was hurting when his gem was rotating but white diamond said that it might take awhile for it to rotate. So he was just walking around in pain but doesn't let it affect him and he didn't tell the gems of the new changes yet. The Beasts blended in amongst us as if we were the same, except humans didn't have the same predatory instincts and we couldn't change our forms like they could. Soon after we learnt that we weren't the only species people began going missing.
