Syo Kurusu X Otoya Ittoki Mpreg - Hiroki Kurutoki's Birth

So, I recently made a fan-son for Syo and Otoya, Syo being the 'mommy' and decided to make a story of the birth of said child (don't worry, the birth itself is not graphically detailed!)

Kaoru, Syo's twin brother, also makes a special appearance here as the doctor who helps Syo to give birth~!

That's pretty much all that needs to be said tbh x3 other than the fact that I wanted to make this more of a Fluff type of Mpreg fic ^^
