Ash is...well, she's just Ash.

Before graduating college with a degree in Art History, Ash has a quarter-life crisis and on a whim applies for a teach abroad program. She's placed in the capital city of South Korea. Soon after graduation, she leaves behind friends, family, and familiarity. Hopping onto a plane to a new world is terrifying; Ash knows nothing of the Korean culture or language. Luckily, she meets a stranger in a 24-hour café who is willing to be her guide.

This story does not reflect the thoughts, opinions, or behaviors of BTS. Though real people and events inspire the characters and storyline, they are merely a figment of my imagination. Just Ash in its entirety is fiction; any semblance to reality is coincidental.

42 parts Complete Mature
Nara was so inspired by Kim Namjoon's songs that she decided to spend a month in Korea to study that language, try and change her life taking a creative writing course and last but not least, go to his concert. Although she had a hard time to get to that country, she wants to leave her troubles behind for a while before she returns to Brazil to sort out her family problems. She wants to improve her writing while she's there and that was her only focus. After being well-received by her new roommate and a fellow Brazilian student, the young adult decides to stroll around her campus on her own, even though she can't see so well without her glasses that just got broken. She expected to have something to drink, but unexpectedly, a really gentle guy helps her translating the menu. Their conversation flows nicely, although she can't see his face well, and Nara likes that the first Korean person she meets also speaks English. As she is just learning his language, that first interaction in English goes from helpful to friendly. In order to pay back for the tea that he offered her, she gets his phone number. The conversation they start leads to an unexpected relationship, just as unexpected as the identity of that guy, who has an awkard reaction to her mobile lockscreen with Kim Namjoon's face on it. This story was finished by October 2019. 2 NEW CHAPTERS PUBLISHED EVERY FRIDAY! WARNING: This work contains explicit sex and alcohol comsumption
