I'm terrible at descriptions but Heere:

Connor Murphy is just a depressed teenager with no friends. He expected Senior Year to be crap, hell he didn't even expect to live through it. That is until he meets a boy falling out of a tree and they hit it off.

This is sort of an au? I mean I'm adding my own things to the story but oh well. Basically Connor is sitting under a tree and Evan 'falls' out of that same tree. Let's see where this goes-
