From birth, a citizen has to have a chip installed into their wrist, this chip is a percentage chip it shows your perfection percentage.

If you complete a task flawlessly your percentage goes up but if not it goes down.

The highest ever recorded percentage is 94% and the person who has that percentage is Nina Smith.

Attempting to reach 100% before her 22 birthday (which is in 4 days,) will she reach 100% before the four days are up or will she fail.
