"I got creative with the crayola crayons you used to stick up your nose." I smirked when he coughed on his smoke. 

"Not cool, Piccola Ragazza (Little girl)," he growled out. "Little girl?," I laughed in amusement, "I'm two years younger than you, Vecchio Uomo (Old Man)."
