(This is kind of just something I'm writing for fun, don't take it too seriously- its a kind of like a rough draft)Thirty-five year old Viktor Chargegear is the smartest man on Earth, with an astonishing iq of three hundred. For the thirtieth year in a row, he enters an international invention contest that piles all of the greatest inventors throughout the world. He's sure he'll win, until it's announced that they'll be working with partners.
