Her grandmother told her the world outside was an awful place - that no willing person would step foot in the outside world if they knew of the true horrors that happened outside of the village walls. From a young age she was told the horrifying stories of the beasts that lived in the trees, the beasts that tore into human flesh without a care, the beasts that have forbidden anyone from leaving the small Village of Ashwick. She was told that if she went outside, the beasts would get her. They would do everything in their power to destroy her innocence - That they'd ruin her. But how far does truth run in her grandmothers stories?

His whisper equally soft. "You need to let go. Just as I am." I close my eyes and take in the breeze of ocean that surrounds him and now me. I hear a deep growl just as his hold tighten on my face but it's still gentle.' For the little Raven that was born out the woods, life was only about the survival of fittest. Hunt or be hunted.
