Aiko is strong, independent, and believes that good can be found in anyone if you look hard enough. She's always told herself that someone will be there for her. Only when she learns to let go of her past will she gain what completes her.
Dearil is dark, strong, and is convinced everyone who is kind wants something. He's been put through heartbreak time and time again, and he has sworn to never let it happen again. He's told himself no one but himself can be there for him. If it ever happens he'll never let go. Running away was easy for him his family wanted him dead relatively good reason to leave. And only when he unlocks his brutal heart will he able to make himself whole.
