Kirishima Eijiro just wanted to go for a hike with his dog, when he gets so rudely interrupted by another man passing by who he feels like he might know, who just happens to have Kirishima on his hit-list for God knows why. When he refuses to tell anyone what happened that night, half traumatized, the police decide there's only one way to get him to talk.
And they decide to hand him over to a hero school, UA, as if he was something to practice on, and of course the school gives him to the most explosive and impatient person there is.

((quirks still exist in this world, as well as heroes and villains, but a lot of characters went different career paths rather than risking their lives for strangers. bakugo is still at UA and becoming a hero, but kirishima is not!))
