Love is a strong force that breaks all rules.
In the two towns divided not only by a very mysterious river but also by laws and rules whose origin no one knows, two young warlocks, one from either side of the river fall in love, thus breaking the most sacred rule of all: NO TWO SIDES SHALL RELATE WITH EACHOTHER.
Can their love and wit save them from the secret group that has sworn to protect the laws with their lives?
