The Nice and Fairly Accurate History of the demon Crowley and the angel Aziraphale, on their relationship over 6,000 years. Aziraphale and Crowley have known each other since the beginning, quite literally. From the gate of Eden to the end of the world, they have been there for each other- tempting, thwarting, and even helping (not that their respective head offices need to know). As the millennia go on, the two grow closer and closer, and there are words that both off them need to say, but neither do. It only takes the end of the world for them to get their heads on straight. Crowley and Aziraphale are now living together in Crowley's apartment. The story follows them and their every day lives a year after they helped Adam Young stop the apocalypse. Gabriel pays Aziraphale a visit to announce that he is exiled from Heaven for the next 2000 years, and no angel will come to Earth during that time since they will regroup in Heaven (as demons will regroup in Hell) getting ready for the next big battle. Aziraphale and Crowley are thus left (alone) on Earth. If you loved episode 3, where it was just them throughout the ages - then you will love this story.

Crowley and Aziraphale are tied together, not quite literally but pretty close. In this universe soulmates are "tied" together by means of feeling certain things they feel. The main one is pain, so they can always feel when something is wrong with them. The problem is, they spend 6000 years trying to pretend that they're not each other's soulmate.

Now that Aziraphale is in heaven and Crowley is all alone on earth what will become of them? How are heaven and hell going to react to the changes in power? These are some questions that I've made my own answers to until season 3 comes out. Disclaimer: there are scenes involving suicidal thought/actions, gore and blood, and sexual content.

For a time, the forces of Heaven and Hell left Aziraphale and Crowley alone. But with new plans in the works, the forces of good and evil want to make sure the meddling pair stay out of the way. They are still afraid of the newfound powers the pair seemed to possess, as demonstrated at their trials. So instead of coming at them directly, Gabriel and Beezlebub marry celestial and infernal curses to make Crowley and Aziraphale think they're human. But their plan, as usual, is imperfect. Crowley's enchantment fails almost immediately, but Aziraphale is still under the delusion that he is quite human indeed. Crowley needs to try and undo the curse without drawing the attention of celestial forces who might correct their enchantment and try a second time.
