On a quest to help save humanity from wiping itself out, the true ruler - Cecilia - decides to send her daughter down to Liucrica, so that she can unite all of the warring nations and bring peace.

Leticiel - the daughter of the true ruler - will have to grow up and learn how to make the uncivilised nations peaceful again.
