Salut moi c'est Alexandra Darkhood, la fille de la plus vieille et riche famille de Mystic Hill mais je suis aussi la plus détestée. Tout se déroulais bien jusqu'au jour où des cadavres sont retrouvés décapité dans la forêt près de notre manoir. Ma famille a été immédiatement accusé et je me bat pour nous défendre. La vraie question est est-ce que je vais arriver à arrêter les forces du mal ou vais je sombrer dans les ténèbres ?

~~~~~☆~~~~~ !!!TRIGGER WARNING {Book Description After Trigger Warning}!!! Please be aware this book will discuss some serious topics, ones not always pertaining to Mythicals and Mythical life. These serious "topics" can happen to anybody, even a human or AWTOK member. So far, I've already vented my uncomfortableness around my father, some of my struggles with religion, and feminine issues like periods. Please also be aware that this book will mention some controversial topics in the Mythical community, such as AWTOK, the "Masked Ones", Hunters, Multi-Breeds, and more. Some of these topics I do believe in, and some I do not. !!!Trigger Warning End!!! I am Alice Voltaire, a Nekomimi previously working under the security devision of the Mythical Protection Alliance (MPA) (around the December entries was when I start having issues, and December eleventh was when I planned out how to quit my job). The company is currently in undercover war with AWTOK/Hunters. This is serious, as many Mythicals have gotten serious injuries or killed, and innocent humans can be endangered. Even humans can find a place here in this journal, possibly choosing to work to become a Mythical (You will see later on in this book as I progress and grow as a person that I am prepared for war, but was hoping it did not happen). I am also a Neko Shapeshifter (meaning I have a full neko form) and later on in this book, I become a Kitsunemimi/unlock a Kitsunemimi form. I practice dream eating magic, but don't tend to use it often (later on, I start learning Confectiokinesis). I have more forms and powers than this, but please see me as a Kitsune. I made my way to the kitchen as usual and opened the fridge and grabbed a drink. My mom was usually in here,preparing a snack for my brother and I but today she wasn't. To think of it,it was too quiet around here I then proceeded to go upstairs to my room as I know my brother has soccer practise and my dad is at work. Then he pulls a silver knife out of his suit, twirling it lazily between his ink-covered knuckles and my blood freezes at the sight of that psychotic grin. ***** People quaked with fear at the sound of his name and me along with them. He was Demetrios 'the God' Nikolayev and he was first in command of Russian mafia. He was a true psychopath who enjoyed hurting people, and I hated him for that. The worst thing - he owned me. "Try to accept the darkness, because from now on, it will be your only light." I tried so hard, but I couldn't understand it back then. How possibly can darkness be light? ***** This is not a vanilla romance but a dark, toxic, perverted, obsessive story. The book contains mature themes such as foul language, bdsm, sexual and abusive content, kinks, blood, manipulation, etc. Please keep that in mind.

I thought I had died on my way home from work and that the gods had blessed me with a loving father in the afterlife. I was ready to accept that where I now stood was simply an illusion-an afterlife crafted just for me. How could I have known that my soul had traveled to another world? A world inside a book. I must have sinned greatly for the gods to abandon me, leaving me in this hellish place where I have to fight for my life every single day. The woman whose body I now possess was supposed to be dead. My death should have been the breaking point for my loving father-the event that turned him into a cruel, evil villain for the protagonist to defeat over 100 years later. Now, I am trapped in the book series I had read only because my friend loved it. And I can barely recall key details because I never bothered to read it carefully. It was already a horrible story riddled with many plot holes. And being stuck in it? It's even worse-especially as someone who wasn't even mentioned in the book because she was supposed to die early on. ~.~ This is a transmigration ACOTAR story set before Amarantha was sent as an emissary to Prythian. While the war over slavery has already occurred, I've altered the timeline and some details about the war's history. I also dislike the trope of a "truly evil" villain whose sole purpose is to justify the plot of a war or the extension of a series. With this story, I want to give the villain a backstory-a name and depth-saving him from the same mediocre depiction of a tyrant.
