Broken glass is a dark twisted modern take on the old greek play, Antigone. This modern version takes place in 21st century America, in high school. The story talks about cheating, bullying, bad parents, and teen suicide. Broken Glass shows how quickly 1 girl's life can change in just a week. Audrey, the main character, finds out who her true friends are, who her dad really is and how different her life is without this one guy. The one guy who made her life feel so special, made it feels so miserable. Although this story has a dark and twisted storyline, it relates directly to problems currently going on in American teen culture.

After a disastrous kiss and hidden jealousy, she finds herself deeply involved into what is this frustrating boy. Add to that the fact that he is her roommates' childhood best friend and you can see drama from miles away. Noah claims to hate her ever since they met, and he doesn't mean her first day of college. He remembers her just fine from a couple of years ago and all the feelings are back. He knows she doesn't remember him and he'll use this as his leverage to do what he has to do.
