Put simply, if you all remember the time Wei Wuxian and Wen Ning were on the way to Yanli and Zixuan's marriage, he was shot down by several Jin's, going against given orders. He will not, however, admit to even slightly missing the boy when asked by the older nephew. During what seems like a relatively normal day, objects go flying around and cryptic messages appear in an unidentifiable crimson liquid, scrawled and messy.
