This is a story of a boy who is a quirk that allows him to use fire though his foot this kid has Izuku midorya he was a skilled fight and knows how to use his 'quirk' when he wants it to activate 

He was training for 5 yrs to master his power and then when he was training he met a person that has a similar 'quirk' as him the man said everything to izuku that his quirk is not actually a quirk its a adolla burst its a power fire that only a 3 people have today 
Then the man introduced himself to izuku the man's name is Shinra Kusakabe. Shinra trained izuku for the next 4 yrs izuku now knows how to control his fire

People around him would ether Ignore or bully him but everything came crashing down on him when his Idol told him that he can't become a hero so he decided to take his ex-bestfriend advice. Before he took the jump though he saw a very colorful shooting star going threw the night sky and decided to make a wish before jumping. When he woke up he found out he have a quirk that he shouldn't have and a desire to make himself a happy life even if its building it from nothing. Izuku was a strange child, when he was a kid he found out he had a quirk but the doctors had no idea what it was or how it worked. Because of this he tried everything he could think of to try make his mom's or dad's quirks work but absolutely nothing did. As he was slowly pushed away by everyone except for his mother, he had no one, no friends or anything, because of this he gained the hobby of drawing to help him cope with the loneliness. Years passed by and he finally accepted that he was quirkless and because of that everyone all but increased in the bullying making Izuku even more isolated. But then one day something changed when after he was bullied and he was at home drawing, his quirk finally showed itself. @JaydenFleisher writes the description for each chapter and I write the story itself

Instead, he decided to become a vigilantly. Now with his burning hatred for villains and heroes alike, he uses his quirk Fire Force (He has every fire ability in the anime that includes 2nd and 3rd generations) to defeat them.
