Five months have passed since Tenma's imprisonment and Astro is able to live harmoniously with his loved ones. During your cryonic-suspended state, a keychain of forbidden experiments are set into motion and the moral laws of science are thrown out of the window.
Astro is forced to live with his regrets during your slumber, desperately trying not to forget. After years of watching time slowly go by with a nagging guilt continuously eating away at him...

Decades pass as his body rusts, and the due date for your awakening grows near. Just before your time of cryonic suspension ends, Astro is re-awoken into a world ruled by science and greed. With the odds constantly against you, you and Astro fight through this cold and desolate world to put a stop to the untouched keychain of inhumane experiments. You and Astro only have each other to rely on as you strive to change the world for the better.
