Exactly 27 years after the events of the summer of 1989, when a group of children founded the losers club in Derry, strange things started to happen again in the city. A young man, after being beaten by a homophobic mob of young men and thrown from a bridge, gets his heart bitten out of his chest by a clown alive. Again, red balloons begin to fly through Derry.
