This is a My Hero Academia Alternate Universe. As well as having quirks, everyone can shape shift. The majority of the population finds their Final Form, this is like their Spirit Animal. They grow certain parts of their animal (ears, tail, scales) and can only turn into that animals for the rest of their life. Until you receive your Final Form you are referred to as a Shifter, people with Forms are referred to as The Formed. This is because they have 'found their other half, they are fully formed'. The average maturing age is usually between 8-12 but it can happen at any time. 10% of the population never receives their Final Form, they are looked down on in society. People think of them as more animal than human, they are often kidnapped, bred and sold illegally as pets.
Deku is a Shifter, and he just started at UA.
Shinsou and Dabi will play a part in this as well as Aizawa, All Might and Class 1A.
Will probably be BakuDeku with a little TodoDeku. Not Todobakudeku!

You also grew up in a quirkless neighborhood. Everybody loved you until, you got your quirk. People started to avoid and shun you for being a freak. You were depressed and alone. One day, as you were on your way to finish the 7th grade, a villain attacked near your quiet community. You, being the only person with a quirk, try to fight the villain. A pro hero comes to your aid and witnesses your amazing skills. He suggests for you to enroll in UA but, with you being a year younger and still has to finish junior high, he encourages you to skip a grade to enter. You take on that chance and you work hard to achieve that goal, along with training with that pro hero. As the faithful day came, you were accepted into UA! Unfortunately, you miss the whole first two days of the semester due to a cold. Soon enough, finally attended UA and meet your fellow, student peers. You finally found a place where you belong! Yet, one student in particular seemed to catch your eye. An ash haired boy, who has a HUGE temper and ego, and is set on becoming the #1 hero. Huh, a cocky bastard and a outcast. Izuku Midoriya is a boy that has gone through hell and back. He was bullied for not having a quirk all through middle school by his "best friend" Katsuki Bakugo. Then out of the blue, he gained a quirk. His quirk is called "Emotional Damage". It isn't as bad as it sounds. It just means that when someone is faced with torture or something similar to it you will gain a quirk. It's pretty rare so he doesn't use it much. This quirk allows the owner to have a certain thing happen to him based on his emotions. Deku had gone through a Femboy phase so he just goes with it now, no matter what people say or think and somehow got a harem along the way. He has grown mentally and physically tough so it's hard to get to his heart. Will his harem the consist of his classmates be able to break down the layers to this badass femboy's heart or not.
