Aurora est une jeune villageoise vivant sur l'île d'Ironbay, gouvernée par une monarchie jusque là tyrannique. Mais lorsque la jeune princesse - Dayana - accède au pouvoir, Aurora s'allie avec ses parents dans un plan pour assassiner la reine. Malheureusement la tentative échoue et les parents de la jeune femme sont éxécutés sous les yeux de l'entière population. C'est alors qu'avec l'aide d'un mathématicien, Aurora est en mesure de retourner dans le passé ainsi créeant de nouvelles réalités dans le but de sauver ses parents, en vain. Elle va alors tenter de déjouer l'attaque et de sauver la reine afin de les sauver, ainsi elle gagne la confiance de Dayana et une place dans sa garde royale. Pensant qu'elle est capable de garder la reine dans le droit chemin, Aurora va peu à peu se rapprocher de cette dernière et découvrir qu'elle n'est pas le monstre que sa famille prétend être.
Aurora is a young woman living on the island of Ironbay, ruled by tyrannic monarchy. But when the princess - Dayana - steps on the throne, Aurora makes an alliance with her parents in order to assassinate the newly crowned queen. Unfortunately the plan failed and her parents are publicly executed. With the help of a mathematician, Aurora finds a way to go back in time by creating new realities in order to save her parents, in vain. She once tries to stop the attack by saving the queen herself, leading to her earning a a spot in the queen's personal guard. Thinking she could keep Dayana on the righteous path, Aurora gets close to the woman and discovers that the queen is not the monster she was raised to believe she was.

Will Lucia see her family again as a mermaid? How is she going to reach them if she can't swim as a mermaid? Princess Lucia was new to be a mermaid. Not that I don't love that, but this au gives me an opportunity to write about me and my friends OC's with less trauma. (Yes that means changing the backstories sorry) Because we seem to be addicted to traumatizing our OC's. Basically this is what would happen if our beans went to a normal school in the middle of somewhere using the Canadian schooling system cause I am uneducated on all the other schooling systems. I will be using some British terms and some American terms. It's just going to be an entire mess, but we'll have fun! Noah is a closeted gay who has been pressured by his parents to just act 'normal.' Being autistic and having social anxiety makes that difficult. Brad is your average popular guy. Captain of the football team (soccer) and pretty much every sport in existence. Death after death in his family has forced him into drug addiction. But he's fine. Right? Dahlia is your stunning no problem partying alcoholic friend. Keeping her past under wraps is kinda her job. That and making sure her brother doesn't get arrested. Matthew may as well not know what the law is because I'm pretty sure he's broken at least half of the rules in there. Narrowly escaping Juvie several hundred times is the best he can do from his sister Dahlia murdering him. Side characters: Alice is a girl who has to be best at everything. She's the smartest girl in her year, but under the pressure of her family she snaps. Mason is kind of the school oddball. He isn't that smart and he's pretty nosy and weird. He's the kind of that is mainly described as a downright idiot. But he's okay when you get to know him.Complete
