The doctor nodded, though the man on the phone couldn't see. "I already found one, Sensei. A boy, four-and-a-half years old, green hair and eyes. diagnosed quirkless by me today, named Midoriya Izuku."

Sensei hummed, pleased. "Quick and simple, good job. Yes, you'll do *much* better than the doctor before you. I will visit tonight, get his address and all possible family information for me, okay?"

The doctor shivered, the 'or else' going unspoken but clearly heard. "Y- Yes, Sir! I'll get everything I can!"

A pleased, "good," and Sensei hangs up.

They enhanced her quirk when she turned four and made her a lethal weapon by creating the first quirk made by man in a six-year-old body. Thankfully she ran away and escaped, She was saved and right now under surveillance from the HSPC since she can't control the created quirk. After knowing her parents' cause of death, she vowed she'd never let any child experience what she went through and that's why she wanted to become a hero. To save children, and adults from villains... Yeah and to also put an end to this corrupted hero society. While she was on the path of becoming a hero, she stumbled upon a spikey blond who had the same motives and a rivalry erupted. What would happen between those two?
