It's going to make him cool, popular,powerful, and incredible. Things appear to be fine until the SQUIP starts learning about human emotions and starts to fall for Jeremy.
Now the SQUIP will do everything in it's power to keep Jeremy close to him because it's sure with the right influence Jeremy will reciprocate his feelings.
And he's willing to do anything to keep Jeremy close to him.
