"The future"

Avenir is an Unnamed from the dystopian society of Marseille who is doomed to a life of hardship after experiencing a tragic event at the hands of the Marseille police force. Once she discovers a chance to better her society when she discovers a magical artifact hidden away from the world in an abandoned café in Paris, she realizes her favorite book characters - the ones that give her the only fraction of hope she has left - might actually exist.

If you could attempt to change the outcome of the barricades, would you take that risk for the ones you love? Even if it meant changing the entire course of history?
Meddling with the past is dangerous. What if you could only save one? Who would you save?

A Les Misérables dystopia and an official Wattpad fanfiction. Rated mature for dystopian/barricade violence (PG-13).

------ "It's either the kiss or the revolution" Paris, France, spring of 1832 Victorie is like a friendly shadow at Café Musain. A girl who always welcomes the guests with a warm smile never thinks twice before helping Madame Hucheloup and brings snacks for the always hungry boys, hidden in the back room. To them, she's only a girl who works at the Café, a girl who is always there to linger around and listen to their meetings, criticize their opinions and to make sure they go home before three in the morning. Enjolras has always been annoyed by her presence, but never denied her entrance to the back room, partially because feared angering the boys and Madame Hucheloup who all seemed to adore this simple girl, but also because he always found himself unable to utter a reasonable sounding world in a conversation with her. With the impending revolution, the leader of Les Amis de l'ABC has no time to think about the irrelevant girl. Courfeyrac, their best friend. The centre of the group. He's always there to support his friends, to tell a joke or two and to mend everyone's problems. Can it be that he is not all he seems to be? What happens when the glue that holds everything together begins to break? Could the group survive without its joining factor? The choices to make are not going to be easy... One is known... Everything will change when the boys find out that Victorie is keeping secrets... ---- #1 in #Courfeyrac 28/03/2019. and 10/05/2019 / 28/12/2021 #1 in #lesmiserables 20/11/2018 and 3/1/2023 #2 in #enjolras 3/4/2021 Disclaimer: I do not own Les Misérables! Remember the Les Miserables 2012 movie? Enjolras and Eponine die by risking their lives. What if they did risk their lives, but realized that they actually did not die? What if they went to Marius and Cosette's wedding? What if they fell in love with eachother? What if they did live through the barricade battles but had to leave eachother because of family and friends? Would they ever see eachother again? Or will they go their own ways, date others, and forget about one another? Read my story to figure out if Eponine and Enjolras find eachother and have a happy ending!
