It's the day after Will's proposal to Emma. Sam is glad he could help Mr. Shue with the woman he loves. Now Sam needs to concentrate on the woman he loves. He's on the swim team to earn a new letterman jacket because of Shane having one and on the football team. But being on the swim team has earned him double slushie facials daily. And he doesn't really have a lot of money, so he couldn't buy her anything. Especially considering it's almost Valentine's Day. As the entire school talks about Valentine's Day, Sam comes up with a plan. A plan to not only get Mercedes back with him but to give her the most romantic Valentine's Day gift ever.
