Roman has bad luck when it comes to love. With his first serious boyfriend rejecting his identity, and the second rejecting him in general,  he has the bad habit of sticking around until it's much too late to split up naturally and safely. 
He thinks the third time is the charm when he meets three boyfriends and falls in love almost immediately. But his bad luck comes to light once again when one of them becomes another person when they're alone. He hides it, terrified of losing the other two people in the relationship. Will he manage to find a way out, or will he just get pulled deeper into a toxic relationship he never wanted?


Heyyyy so I KNOW I still haven't finished 'Loved and Lost' which is because I was writing it as I posted - which was stupid of me because I know that always causes problems. but I have this fic ENTIRELY finished, so updates should be fairly regular! I still plan on finishing Loved and Lost, but it may be a while. 
This is the first of two books, the second of which I'm still working on. 
However, this story deals with abusive/toxic relationships, rape/coerced consent, self-harm, and a lot of stuff like that. Also, Unsympathetic Patton(morality) is a HUGE theme in this as he is the main antagonist. Please stay safe, I don't want anyone reading this to be hurt or triggered by its content! M'kay. So you know choose your own adventure books? Basically at the end of each chapter you can comment on a line to vote for choices that will impact the story (example: Do they chase after someone or let them go in favour of doing something else). These choices will impact the story, development of characters, and even who lives or dies. You will have no information about what these choices will do beyond what the characters know, much like in if you were in their situation. This is a au, (I love aus so so so much) in which they have powers. Not saying who, what, when, where, or why yet and unless you make the choices that lead to discovery you simply won't find out. Some things WILL happen, regardless of choices (for example, if choice A lead you to meeting Patton and choice B lead you to Logan, You would still meet both, but the one who is voted for will be a more significant character, but it will be fairly equal) early on in the story choices may appear twice, allowing a second chance to discover that character/event/info, and choices will be fairly obvious (ie, Patton at a dog park, Logan at a Library) but as stakes get higher it gets harder. Can you discover the truth and keep everyone alive? I have a main story so updates will be infrequent. Which choice will be decided when I write the next chapter based off who has the most votes at the time. [Completed] Sanders Sides human au fanfic. Twin brothers Virgil and Patton Novas have moved around a lot thanks to their father's job. From their father's home country, and their birth place, of Cabo Verde to their mother's country of birth, Ireland. From Ireland to Massachusetts. From Massachusetts to Arizona. After spending several years in a stable environment they're moving again, this time not only are they leaving behind friends but also their mother's grave. Virgil has to convince his twin brother and their dad that, despite his terrible migraines and sometimes crippling anxiety, he won't go down the same road as his mother. On top of having an overprotective family he has to navigate being the new kid in his senior year of high school, making friends, falling in love, and learning how to save a life. How hard can the next nine months be? All he has to do is hold on and convince his new best friend to do the same. I do not own the characters Virgil, Patton, Roman, Remus, Deceit, Remy, or Emile Picani. They belong to the awesome, amazingly talented cinnamon roll that is Thomas Sanders. I also don't like 99% of the music and song lyrics that will make an appearance in this book. I am, however, the proud owner of the hyperactive muse (by the name of Orion who makes an appearance in here) that spawned this story into existence when he was supposed to be helping me work on my other two fan fictions and three original works. And I'm also the owner of the many side and minor background characters that may or may not get names.
