Rue wakes up from another overdose heartbroken, lonely, and afraid of what she might become without Jules. Her biggest fear is how using drugs is hurting her little sister, Gia. Jules struggles to find happiness away from the life she desperately wanted to leave. Meanwhile, the secrets of the Jacobs' family starts to come to life.
