Y/n is a small child who was neglected by their family and often abused to fit into a perfect image before being drowned in a pond by their parents for their ability to make vines and flowrers and bushes. Found into a world where countries are humans lol

This is my first story and I'm really excited. I've had this idea for SO long. This is a countryhumans story featuring Y/N. Although for the majority of the story you won't know who Y/N is, in the end it will be really cool, I hope.
