Okay, that's fine but don't make it too long!' He shouted back to her. She finished her letter to Sarah as fast as she could, she hadn't seen Sarah for so long and she really missed sher BFF. She could've texted her too, but they had this thing where they send letters. It's an old thing and they both really liked writing. This time is was her mom that yelled, 'Caseee, please come downstairs, we need to talk for a second!'

"Good news hunny the new neighbours are moving in today and I've invited them around for dinner" my mum said excitedly. "And I'm supposed to be excited because...." if my tone doesn't give it away, I'm not excited for new neighbours, my best friend lived in that house but after a tragic accident that took her life her parents decided to up and sell. "I appreciate that its hard but the Hunts are a lovely family and they have children one is slightly older than you and the other is a few months younger, and I suggest you play nice" my mum warned. As I see my mom walk out the door I look at my dad smiling at me. The way he smiled at me made realize how afraid he was. I glance at him and give him a fake smile before he comes up to me and gives me a hug. The warmth of his body was reassuring but I feel the tears start to come down his face.
