But one day, Veronica brings Emily a book about the three Boogie's Boys, the two realize that maybe the three weren't as guilty as they appeared to be. But when an grudge between friends brings the dreaded Oogie Boogie back to Halloween Town, the fate of the town will lie in the most unlikely of hands...
