The series has ended. Every week we would come together chat watching the episodes, theorize, and obsess over this amazing love story. After watching Erkenci Kus over and over cutting to the parts I love, hate, and hate to love, I decided I needed to keep this show alive somehow. I decided I would watch one episode a week in full...no skipping...watching the entire episode as if in the old days when this show was a weekly treat. The combination of knowing more Turkish and my knowledge of the rest of the show development has been making this a special experience where I have noticed more about these episodes than the first time seeing it...and the 4th and 5th time and so on. I still love talking and discussing this show with my Ablas and relive the moments together. I watch one episode a week and recap each episode posting on Sundays...I hope you enjoy it

Erkenci Kuş: Broken Promises
Snippets of alternate outcomes in the lives and enduring love story of Can Divit and Sanem Aydin. When I started out with this story, I only intended to loosely base the 'short piece' on the events in Bolum (Episodes) 17 & 18 however, I got such positive feedback, I decided to stretch it out a bit. I'm still unsure how far I will stretch it but so far, I'm enjoying writing it and will keep going till I run out of steam. I can't think of any show/movie that I've watched in recent times to which I have reacted as I did when I watched Erkenci Kuş. The characters hooked their claws into me and wouldn't let go. I rooted for Sanem and Can; cried and laughed with them; railed at and cursed their detractors and finally rejoiced over their reunion. However, the ending was so rushed. After all the angst we were put through with their relationship, I felt robbed of an extended happily-ever-after. What we were given was too short. I hope to right that wrong, amongst others, with this story. Though I only watched the show in Jan/Feb 2023, I have since rewatched it countless times. There were certain parts of the plot which wound me up so much so this is me writing what I wished had happened. Enjoy!Complete

EK: Canem, impossible not to (A "Shorty", or...kind of)
Sanem lost her parents and older sister in a car accident when she was only eight. Mirhiban, the wife of Aziz Divit, the owner of the hotel where Sanem's father had been the manager until the moment he passed away, was a very loving and endearing woman; her heart almost broke when she found out about the little girl left behind and quickly organized for her to stay with her and her family. Her own sons, Can and Emre, were already teenagers; Can was a sweet sixteener and Emre...a grouchy fourteener, so a little girl to take care of was just what she needed. From the moment Can met this...tiny but so beautiful little girl with her big, dark deer eyes, he felt a very special bond between them. Mirhiban felt it too and happily noticed that Sanem trusted her eldest son ever since. Can spent all the time he could with 'his little babygirl' and helped her get through the loss of her own family. But both of them would grow up into adults, and...what about that 'special bond' between the sweet sixteener and that so tiny and beautiful little girl when that happens..? EK: FIFTY ONE Degrees Of Erkenci Kuş 🔥🔥A hotter version🔥🔥
🔥💣WARNING!!💣🔥 To read this story, well...a good imagination would be great; you need to imagine and remember the scenes before and after the scenes I have re-written in each chapter. And, could be you also may need a bit of a naughty mind and it's absolutely a must to enjoy hot sex and lovemaking! If you don't...🚫DO NOT READ IT!🚫 (I prefer to let you know in advance, as in this way we'll save you time😏) I really love EK just as it is, but...what if we do add some hotter scenes? At least I've decided to give it a try, so..! 🤗 I will take one scene (or two or three) from each chapter, turn it hotter somehow and, probably, I'll have to change the storyline a bit, as to make the "hotness" fit in. With other words, whatever was impossible in EK, will definitely be possible here. (Please, have in mind that the options are limited when it comes to where they are and the circumstances, so if there is similar sex in different chapters...I'm sorry about it, hard work to come up with new things in each and every one 🤷🏼♀️) There are a few chapters of EK I have seen only once or twice, "the boring ones", but I have seen most of the others a hundred times each. I'm just saying, in case there are any kind of mistakes, have it in mind as everything else, please. There will also be a couple of chapters with no possible scenes to turn hotter, I hope you'll understand that, too. In my other stories I always managed to write chapters with at least 3500 - 4500 words each; as those stories came straight out of my head, it was quite easy to keep up to that, but now...I still don't know. More likely, as it's only about shorter sex scenes, the chapters will be somewhere between 1500 and 2500 words. 🤞🏽you'll enjoy it, and have a happy read!!Complete

10 minutes can be an eternity or a blink of an eye depending on where you're standing. This is a different type of Erkenci Kus story. The characters are familiar, but their interaction has changed from the series, and quirky funny things happen. I have read one story where Sanem had special powers and she will have different ones in this version. There is a difference from the other version. I hope this will be a fun filled story. I apologize if any details are similar to any other story. I try hard to write from my imagination only, except of course ideas from the series. I have no affiliation to Erkenci Kus, the cast, or anyone else involved with the series. I am just a fan, only. Please overlook, any mistakes, long drawn out sentences, or misspellings. A chance to love again
Can is very disappointed and angry to find out that Sanem has sold her perfume to Fabbri, and is convinced that their relationship is over. Polen tries in every way to take advantage of the situation to come between the two of them and get her ex boyfriend back. Sanem is devastated and has to make drastic decisions in order to continue her life without him, she has to defend herself from so much pain, she has to get away from everything and everyone. Can will come to understand that he has acted too much when it is too late, Sanem has left Istanbul and nobody knows where she has gone. How can he remedy his mistake if he can't reach her to talk to her? It can't be over just like that, he has to do something, he has to ask her for another chance, another chance to love again.Complete

Stronger
I really loved EK up to episode 19, after that, they made Sanem act too childish, awkward and unworthy of being a strong and intelligent woman. From then on, and especially the scene at the hut where Can lost it, I almost felt insulted that a young woman could be portrayed in such a weak and stupid way; and that she would blame herself after a man would treat her with so much violence and disrespect. I am slowly learning to like the character of Can again but mostly felt the need to write my ''dream'' version of EK after Sanem tells Can ''you have decided to leave, good bye''. I like happy ending don't worry, but Can won't have it easy!!! I own no rights over characters, and I am not a frequent writer apart from uni and work assignments/reports😊 oh and I am not a native English speaker. Yigit is not Polen's brother in this story, because it was utterly RIDICULOUS!!!! LolComplete

This is my first fanfic or story. I hope you will like it. I merge some characters of my beloved Erkenci Kuş with the upcoming series Bay Yanlış (Mr. Wrong). As the series is expected to start filming in May. I use as inspiration the plot that was publish by Gold Film. This story will be classified as mature content, but don't expect it right away, it will appear as the story will develop. Sanem Aydin is a Global Director of @EarlyBird Jewelry Division of the Aydin Holding, a Family Co. dedicated to Cosmetics/Perfumes/Jewelry. Her father, Nıhat Aydin built this empire from scratch. He came from a modest family from Istanbul. He work hard in to receive an education and build his company, that in years became the #1 company in its field with offices in Turkey, Spain and Italy. Sanem is a well educated woman, she received a top notch education. She went to the King's College of Madrid, a Boarding School and the University of Bologna, Business School. Graduated top of her class. This not only serves well to the family business, but her's as well. She speaks Turkish, Spanish, Italian and English. At 28 she made great contributions to the family business. But her personal life is another thing. When things seems to be flowing smoothly, reality hits hard. Fives days before her wedding with a respectable publisher Yiğit Ersöz, something happens that will change her life completely. Özgür is a free spirit 30 year old extremely handsome man from a wealthy traditional family from Köyceğiz, Turkey. Although he was well educated and studied International Banking Law in Oxford University, his passion is music and cooking. His family planned everything for him, even love and marriage.
