Twenty seven year old, Clara James is a quiet girl who's obsessed with books and old music. Her life is perfect in her eyes, she's got a caring family and a well paid job. However, after twenty seven years of not knowing, her parents tell her that she's adopted, she believes that her life could either change for the better or for the worst. She finds out that her biological parents are called Isla and Rod Smith and have a son called Daniel Smith, who is in fact her twin brother. Clara rushes off to London to meet her biological family and finds herself happier than she's ever been before. That is until one Friday after noon that could change her life forever.

30 parts Complete Mature

Kayla, 16. Bubbly. Charismatic. Awkward. Concealed. Daniel, 17. Talented. Genuine. Timid. Pessimistic. Kayla doesn't like to think of herself as normal. She doesn't believe in it. What even is normal? How do you tell if you, yourself, are 'normal'? You can't. That's the point. Although what she does think of herself as, isn't all that great. 'Stupid' 'Nerd' 'Ugly' 'Fat'. That's what she thinks. That's what everyone else thinks. Except Daniel. Daniel isn't like everyone else. Daniel sees through people. Looks into them, their personality, their interests, themselves. He doesn't 'Judge a book by it's cover', as you might say. Not to other people anyway. To himself, it's all he ever does. 'Lanky' 'Geek' 'Awkward' 'Hideous'. They can't see anything in themselves, and they probably never will. But can they change that about each other?
