I held our daughter's hand who I doubt he recognised. "They are not hard, Rom." I gave him a sad smile with shining tears in my eyes not shed yet. "They don't exist." I looked over my shoulder and saw Armen in his car and motioned towards him.
My heart was beating so fast. It was as if I was walking away few years ago from his house. The same empty feeling I had years ago when he left without a word or knowledge of his disappearance. The same feeling I had when I found no point in living in his mansion and chose to leave. The same painful dreading.
