As the Second World War engulfs Europe, Sherlock is sent to take refuge in an American boarding school with the hopes that the war does not touch him across the seas. He's exposed to an entirely different lifestyle of sports and teenage rebellion, strung about by his new group of friends. Though as the war looms like a shadow over the carefree school, it risks taking both his friends and his lovers in its wake, and send them off to the very fate Sherlock had been wishing to avoid.
