Every day the news reports of wars abroad, or coldly notifies the listeners of a crime, or a car crash that happened near our homes.
But nobody associates these sudden losses with the emotional trauma of the people left living, and of the people who cared for the dead during their last minutes or hours that they lived, and lost their battle to remain such.
