Senso, the land of after. For millennia, the same cycle has repeated. Humans arrive, and then are sent to Mt. Hantei. If they survive, they kill their shadows at the summit by wielding the ancient blade Maru. Or they are swallowed by there shadows, and get sent back to earth.
The outcome of the summit is purely based upon your actions on earth.
